I would like to report a company called Alteration Boutique Ltd that is advertising jobs on Indeed.
I worked for this company and was not paid for my work. My colleague has also not received wages. We have both attempted to resolve this issue directly with the employer, but payment has still not been made.

My name is James McSween I noticed in my bank account that Indeed has taken £59.00 from my account.I signed up to Indeed to set up a cv for me at a cost of £2.99 for two weeks.I did not give permission to deduct any more than the £2.99. My bank told me you may refund me this money.When I asked Indeed to set up a cv there was no mention of a subscription I am not happy about this.

When I try to log in to Indeed Employers dashboard, I am not receiving the code via text message. I am getting a message in red saying "Code did not match or is no longer valid". I was able to access Indeed yesterday but not this morning.

Preferred solution: Everyone applies for jobs on Indeed.co.uk. When it was my turn to scroll which country I come from Mauritius didn’t appear on the list unfortunately. This is what I would like to get from Indeed.co.uk please! Thks for your kind support and help.

Complaint about a employer advertising

Dear sir/madam im writing about a company called stonefield group ltd i applied for vacancy on your website which was successful and started my position last tuesday 14th of July along with another person named Aiden from the first day felt something wasnt right process of works how we was being told to complete works not to a high standard im use to and health and safety concerns but thought things would improve over the coming days but unfortunately didnt. On the Friday along with Aiden new work colleague was due to receive our weeks salary but nothing came through.
Tried numerous times to contact Dean the owner of stonefield group ltd but phone calls messages etc were ignored until Sunday the 19th after investigation and trying to google the company I found there was no existing company at all so I messaged dean again to ask for my owed salary for the week or i would be reporting him i also requested back my own property tools hand and power tools which I supplied and are in his possession. The only response I have had is death threats or to send people to my property to beat me up and cause damage to my property if I make any complaints towards him hes also done the same to Aiden the lad that started the same day as me we are both deeply concerned az we have families partners and children.
I think this is a unfair situation and deeply concerning that this company can easily apply for employees openly and easily on a website like indeed and treat people like this. I would appreciate a reply or a phone to discuss this kind regards Ian McDonald 0777879****
i would contact indeed i dont know there policy or anything about them but i would think they would do some type of screening or have standards against what has happened i would also ( if you havent yet ) file a police complaint
